At my core, I am committed to processing my own grief and trauma, being a life-long learner, and discovering more and more of the light of my true nature. I offer an accepting open presence and a safe space for you to create a more peaceful, meaningful, and creative life that is not governed by the pain of earlier traumas or unhelpful patterns, but from an intentional and resourced place within you. I am LGBTQIA affirmative and justice oriented.
